ReputaCore offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@reputacore.eu.
As a Customer, you are responsible for:
ReputaCore and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your data, including testimonials collected through the Service.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. As a data controller for your customers' testimonials, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis for processing personal data and that you comply with all applicable data protection obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReputaCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
